The club posted an extra Acro camp this morning. On the live site it is the fifth item down, under a fundraising post from 2015.

Nothing has been added or removed. These are the club's own posts, with the club's own dates, sorted by the date rather than by whatever order the page happens to hold them in.
On the live site the top item is dated March 2015 and today's camp is #5 — 11 years apart, in the order a parent reads them.
What is already working
This part matters more than the rest of the page. A club that posts today's news today is doing the hard bit; the site is just putting it in the wrong order.
They post, and they post often
An extra Acro camp went up today, for 11–13 August. Two more camps went up on 6 July and a free I-SPARC youth camp on 2 July. This is a club that keeps its news current.
The programme is wide
Recreational and competitive streams, drop-ins, camps, birthday parties, Seniors Can Move, and Gymnastics For All. There is something for nearly everybody in Terrace.
Registration is a real system
Sessions, waitlists and payment all run through Uplifter. That is the hard part already bought and working.

The newest news is the fifth thing on the page
Today’s camp announcement sits below a fundraising post from March 2015, a donation post from April 2018 and a March 2015 camps post. A parent scrolling in late July reads eleven-year-old news first and may never reach the camp that starts in twelve days.
The site does not live at its own address
terracepeaks.ca redirects to terracepeaks.ca/wp/ — the folder WordPress happens to be installed in. Every link a parent copies, every poster and every share carries /wp/ in it.
Nothing on the club’s own site says what is open
Registration lives on a separate address entirely. The club’s own home page cannot tell a parent whether there is a space in a class in September — it can only send them somewhere else to find out.
No fees anywhere on the club site
A family in August comparing gymnastics with swimming and hockey is comparing prices. If one of the three does not publish one, it is the one that gets dropped from the shortlist.
None of this is a criticism of anyone. Every one of these is a setting, not a habit — the club is already doing the part that cannot be automated.

The home page orders itself by date. Today’s camp goes to the top by being today’s camp, with nobody having to remember to move it.

Move the site to the front door
terracepeaks.ca, with no /wp/. It is a redirect and an afternoon, and every link shared from that day forward is a clean one.

Say what is open, on the front page
What is registering now, what starts in September, what has a waitlist — read straight from Uplifter, so it can never be out of step with it.

A one-line what-it-costs
Even a range. It is the question that decides whether a family clicks through to registration at all.
Why there are no photographs here
There are no photographs on this concept. The club’s gymnasts are children, and a page about them should not be filled with stock pictures of other people’s children. In a live build the photography would be yours, taken in your gym, with your families’ consent.
